Delivery Area

   To be able to order, your address should be within our delivery area, which is 5km from          Hayato Japan center, situated at 07 Rue Jean Wellens, 1150 w-s-p.

 

Delivery order

   Delivery order is starting from 10,- euro

   In case of non-availability of the ordered products at the restaurant, Ryoma team will              inform you by phone about it.

 

Modify the Order

   After the order is placed, you still have the possibility to modify it by calling the Ryoma            restaurant on 02-520-55-20

 

Cancelling the order

   Once the order is made and ready for being delivered, it cannot be cancelled any more. It      can be cancelled in only case - if it had not been made in the kitchen yet. It is better to            call the Ryoma restaurant (02-520-55-20) to check to possibility of cancellation.

45 Minutes delivery time

   The theoretical time of delivery is 45 minutes. The timing "45 minutes" is not applicable when operating conditions are not suitable such as    the rainy weather; traffic jam on the road; the existence of a lot of orders in the kitchen or other circumstances. This will be announced to      the client at the time of placing the order.

   45 minutes delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on Friday evening, Saturday evening and special days such as New Year, Christmas,        etc. (because of the big amount of the orders).

 

Information Collected

   Ryoma may collect personal information from you including your first and last name, address, telephone and mobile number(s), email            address and any other information, when you knowingly provide us with this information. This will generally occur when you either:

    ·  visit Online ordering site to place an order;

    ·  subscribe to our mailing list;

    ·  submit website feedback;

 

Use and Disclosure

   Except as otherwise stated, we may use information collected via this site to improve the content of our site, to customize the site to your      preferences, to communicate information to you, and for any other purpose specified.

   Ryoma may use the personal information that you submit to store and process that information in order to provide goods and services.          Generally, we may use your personal information in the ways in which you would expect, including but not limited, to any of the following      purposes:

    ·  to provide you with any restaurant or promotion information;

    ·  to process any online ordering;

    ·  to determine the number of visitors to our websites and conduct reviews of our sites

    ·  to keep you informed about any changes to our websites;

    ·  to conduct marketing research; and

    ·  to now and again send you offers or information on products or services that we consider will be of interest to you.

 

Credit card details

   Ryoma does not store any of your credit card details.

   In case you want to complain about the Ryoma service, please send an email to hayato.belgium@gmail.com your complaint will be taken        into consideration and will be useful to improve our service quality.
